Lawyer, ethicist and mediator, My current work as consultant, requires that I prepare all the program that I will deliver. Currently, I have six programs that I design in organizational ethics, ethic and cultures, gender ethics, Good practice and Responsibility, Facilitation, Mediating as third Party. I have designed the training manuals as well as the course manual and had the opportunity to deliver those training for various organizations. Along with these duties, I provide informal conflict management services such as coaching, consultation, mediation/facilitation as a third neutral party. As an expert, I have the knowledge of the social and political context in which the dynamics of values and norms and the mechanisms and influences in society evolve. I also have the advantage of knowing not only the stakes but also the political actors snd the political and cultural enviroment of Africa. I therefore, I have knowledge and skills to analyze and manage conflict situations as a mediator or facilitator. i Also hold degree in Judicial law and Ethics and many other certificates
